Terms and
conditions.

The full agreement between you and Mystic Matrix Technologies for using DriveShift — plans, billing, acceptable use, and the boundaries of our responsibility.

The service

DriveShift is a software-as-a-service product of Mystic Matrix Technologies for migrating Google Drive content between Google Workspace tenants: folder hierarchy, supported files and conversions, mapped permissions, internal link rewriting, scheduled runs, and migration reports. By creating an account or using the service you agree to these terms.

Accounts and organizations

You sign in with Google; you are responsible for the Google account you use. Data, tenants, jobs, and billing belong to your organization; owners and admins control membership, invitations, and plan changes. You must be authorized to manage Drive content in both the source and target tenants you connect.

Free trial

Each organization receives one free trial migration limited to one root folder with up to 15 subfolders, 100 files, and 1 GB of content — enough to verify the result before purchasing. Dry runs (scan-and-report previews that write nothing to your target tenant) are free on every plan and never consume your quota.

Plans, pricing and billing

Paid plans include clearly stated monthly allowances, enforced transparently before any run starts: Starter (USD $19 or ₹1,500 per month) includes 25 root folders, 2,500 subfolders, 50,000 files, and 100 GB per month; Growth (USD $59 or ₹5,500 per month) includes 100 root folders, 10,000 subfolders, 250,000 files, and 500 GB per month. A Custom build plan lets you choose your own root-folder, file, and storage allowances — the exact price is calculated and shown before you pay, and your organization receives a private plan with exactly those limits. Enterprise pricing is custom. Yearly billing is available at a 20% discount, and valid coupon codes are applied at checkout with the discount itemised on your invoice. Payments are processed by Razorpay in USD or INR; your plan activates only after server-side payment verification, and an invoice receipt is emailed for every payment. Prices may change with at least 14 days' notice; changes never affect a period you have already paid for.

No automatic charges

Plans do not auto-renew. Every payment is a one-time charge you make deliberately; when a plan period ends, migrations pause until you renew — we never bill a saved card automatically. Your data, history, and reports remain accessible while your account is active, even when a plan has lapsed.

Refunds and cancellation

Your first subscription payment carries a 7-day money-back guarantee, and you can cancel anytime while keeping the period you paid for. Full details, including processing timelines and exclusions, are in our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

Acceptable use

You may only migrate content you have the right to access and move. You may not use DriveShift to violate law, infringe others' rights, breach Google's terms, probe or disrupt the service, or attempt to access other organizations' data. We may suspend accounts that do.

Service availability and support

We aim for high availability but the service is provided 'as is' without a guaranteed uptime SLA on self-serve plans (Enterprise SLAs available). Migrations depend on Google APIs and their quotas; long runs may be throttled by Google. Support is provided by email with a one-business-day response target.

Your source tenant is protected

Standard migrations only read from your source tenant — nothing there is modified, renamed, or restricted. The only feature that writes to a source is the explicit, opt-in cutover step (which labels the migrated folder and sets migrated files read-only), and it runs only when you enable it and only after every file has copied successfully.

Data and privacy

Our Privacy Policy describes what we collect and how it is protected — including per-organization encryption of tenant credentials, organization-scoped isolation, and an append-only audit trail you can review in your dashboard. It forms part of these terms.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Mystic Matrix Technologies' total liability arising out of the service is limited to the amount you paid in the twelve months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, or for loss caused by actions of Google, Razorpay, or your own tenant configuration. Nothing limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and courts at the registered place of business of Mystic Matrix Technologies have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to any mandatory consumer protections of your place of residence.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms; material changes will be announced on this page (and by email for active customers) at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance. Last updated: 19 July 2026.
