Refund &
cancellation.

Short version: trial for free first, get a full refund within 7 days of your first payment if DriveShift isn't right for you, and cancel anytime without losing the period you paid for.

Try before you pay

Every organization gets a free trial migration (one root folder with up to 15 subfolders, 100 files, and 50 permissions) before any payment is required. We encourage you to validate the migration result — structure, permissions, links, and report — on the trial before purchasing a plan.

7-day money-back guarantee

If you are not satisfied with DriveShift, you may request a full refund of your first subscription payment within 7 days of the payment date. Write to billing@mysticmatrix.cloud from your account email with the invoice number (found on your receipt email and in the dashboard). This guarantee applies to your organization's first paid subscription, on both monthly and yearly billing.

Cancellation

You can stop your subscription at any time — plans are not auto-renewed without a new payment. Your plan stays active until the end of the period you paid for (one month for monthly billing, twelve months for yearly billing), and you keep access to your migration history and reports afterwards.

How refunds are processed

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method through Razorpay, our payment processor. Refunds are initiated within 2 business days of approval; depending on your bank or card issuer, the amount typically appears in 5–7 business days.

Cases not eligible for refund

Refund requests after the 7-day window; renewal payments (cancel instead — you keep the period you paid for); charges for migration volume already consumed at large scale beyond the trial limits within the refund window where the service performed as described; and accounts terminated for violating our Terms and Conditions.

Failed or duplicate payments

Failed payments that were debited are automatically reversed by Razorpay, usually within 5–7 business days. If you were charged twice for the same order, contact billing@mysticmatrix.cloud with both payment IDs and we will refund the duplicate immediately.
